  1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website located at www.migra.dk, owned and operated by Migra Teknik ApS, a company registered in Denmark with CVR number 34481881, located at Stillingvej 106, 8471 Sabro, Denmark.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Website

  • You agree not to misuse the Website, including but not limited to transmitting viruses, spam, or attempting unauthorized access.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

4. Job Applications and Personal Data (GDPR Information)

When you submit a job application through the Website (e.g., via form, email link or upload of CV/motivation letter), we collect and process your personal data for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for employment with Migra Teknik ApS.

Personal data we typically collect:

  • CV/resumé, cover letter, education, work experience

  • Other information you voluntarily provide

Purpose and legal basis:

  • Processing is necessary for steps prior to entering into an employment contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

  • In some cases, our legitimate interest in recruiting qualified personnel (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) balanced against your rights.

  • If special categories of data are provided (e.g. health data, ethnic origin), processing requires explicit consent (GDPR Article 9(2)(a)) or is necessary for employment law obligations.

Storage period:

  • We retain your application data for up to 6 months after the position is filled (unless you consent to longer storage for future relevant positions).

  • After this period, data is deleted or anonymized unless required by law.

Your rights (GDPR):

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

To exercise your rights or for questions, contact us at teknik@migra.dk. We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with our data processors (e.g. IT/hosting providers, recruitment system if used) under strict GDPR-compliant agreements. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA unless appropriate safeguards are in place.

5. Cookies and Website Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Website only for anonymous statistical purposes to improve user experience and analyze general traffic patterns.

We do NOT use:

  • Personal cookies that identify you as an individual

  • Tracking cookies for marketing or advertising purposes

  • Third-party cookies that create user profiles

What we collect (anonymously only):

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) the processing has minimal impact on your privacy as no personal data is collected or linked to individuals.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Migra Teknik ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
